Joining our Family

Do you feel valued at the end of each day? Do you find your work meaningful? At Paper Converting Machine Company, we strive to offer every team member meaningful work that enables our employees to return home every day with a true sense of fulfillment.

With careers that encompass everything from machining to engineering, you’re sure to find a rewarding position that allows you to discover, develop, and share your gifts.

Our cultural vision statement, the Guiding Principles of Leadership, compels us to treat people superbly and compensate them fairly. One of the ways we do that is by ensuring competitive compensation for the effort, knowledge and the time our team members spend away from their families. Additionally, we offer a complete benefit and wellness package.

Our people-centric philosophy is simple: We measure success by the way we touch the lives of people. Are you one of those people?

Co-op / Internship Program

At PCMC, our internship program provides real life value and opportunities to our students and associates. The projects we have our interns engage in are business focused and have real impact on our products and customers. We look at our internship program as a partnership - as much as our interns learn from us, we also learn from them.

Each co-op/intern will have one major project assigned to them, which is typically a development project (re-designing a part of an existing product, designing new components for products, new development research projects). There will also be smaller side projects and production work as time permits. Examples of the types of projects our interns work on include the following:

  • Research a design that would eliminate an industry puzzling process problem
  • Re-design a major component of one of our products to reduce customer down time
  • Research a new technology for a product line to save cost and reduce energy consumption
