GREEN BAY, Wis. Sept. 9, 2020 — Paper Converting Machine Company (PCMC), part of Barry-Wehmiller, launched an innovative online documentation portal, designed to elevate customer trust and ensure the safe operation, maintenance and ownership of PCMC machines.

Known as myPCMC, the tool provides customers with instant access to parts manuals, controls manuals, operator instruction manuals, and training materials for their specific machines. After entering a personalized login, users can easily navigate to the needed documentation organized by location and machine. All users need is a web-enabled device (computer, tablet, smartphone) and a connection to the Internet.

myPCMC guarantees customers are viewing and using the latest version of their machine documentation. PCMC can upload revised files and notify the customer about changes within minutes.

myPCMC not only enhances today’s machine documentation, but also provides a platform for future documentation needs. The online portal makes it possible to share videos, 3D machine models, and other interactive files.

“This is a major step forward in providing our customers easy access to critical documentation,” says Doreen Deprey, PCMC Technical Publications Leader. “Customers no longer have to wait for their documentation to arrive in the mail or along with shipment of the machine. They can access their documentation from the office or at home, day or night. We are excited to release myPCMC and feel it will help customers run and maintain their PCMC machines more safely and efficiently.”
