PCMC adds two strategic account managers to tissue sales team

Jason deBuhr and Rich Weick both bring years of experience to their roles

GREEN BAY, Wis. — Aug. 24, 2020 — Paper Converting Machine Company (PCMC), part of Barry-Wehmiller, has announced that Jason deBuhr and Rich Weick have joined the company as strategic account managers.

In their roles, deBuhr and Weick will manage customer relationships for several of the company’s key accounts in its expanding tissue business.

 

Bringing more than 12 years of sales and sales management experience in the broader away-from-home tissue segment to his new role, deBuhr has a deep understanding of the international market, OEMs and multiple commercial distribution channels.

 

“Jason has a proven background in creating and maintaining exceptional customer relationships that are built on trust and performance,” said Jason Hilsberg, Tissue Sales Director for PCMC. “We believe his knowledge of our customer base and experience in the marketplace will be tremendous assets to our team.” 


Weick brings nearly 20 years of experience to his new role, having exceled in both sales and leadership positions at companies supplying a broad spectrum of capital equipment products.


“Rich’s proven background in breaking down complex technical information for a variety of audiences, coupled with his solutions-based approach, are a perfect fit for meeting the dynamic needs of our tissue customers,” said Hilsberg.
