The year 2020 was unprecedented for everyone. The world was thrust into an unknown territory of a pandemic and masks, hand sanitizer and social distancing. During 2020 when certain aspects of life remained at a standstill, we moved forward with several innovations in printing and bag converting that were launched to the market. As we reflect back on this year, we are thankful that our innovations and equipment played a small part in our customers’ ability to continue to provide necessities to people when they needed them most.

The packaging industry, like much of the world around us, is making strides to become more sustainable and environmentally friendly. The flexographic printing market is not exempt from these trends and, as printers begin to feel pressure from customers to become more sustainable, it is important to consider how and where to implement these changes.

2018 was an exciting year for Paper Converting Machine Company and the flexographic industry as a whole. Looking ahead to 2019, we have more innovations planned, as well as celebrating our company’s milestone 100th anniversary. We’ve had a lot of accomplishments and milestones in the past year, and we are excited for 2019, as we know we’re just getting started!
