Initial Needs Analysis

Our product training manager works with your training team to determine the type of training required to meet your needs

Curriculum Development

PCMC product training team develops materials based on the outcome from the needs analysis process. These materials include; but are not limited to the following:

  • Task Certification Lists
  • Training Manuals
  • Job Aids
  • Quick Reference Guides
  • Training Videos (principle of operation and task based)
  • Training Models
Training Delivery
  • PCMC delivers training designed for operation, mechanical and electrical maintenance
  • Our programs teach specific tasks required to operate and maintain your PCMC equipment
  • PCMC uses task based principles to design, develop, and deliver your training program
  • We train in small groups to increase the effectiveness and learning opportunities for each trainee
  • Training sessions are designed with a balance of classroom presentation and machine side “Hands-On” training delivery to meet your team’s specific needs
  • Our “Tell, Show, Do” approach is an effective and efficient teaching method for adult learning
    1. We “Tell” the trainees how to perform the required task
    2. We "Show” the trainees how to perform the required task
    3. We have the trainees perform or “Do” the required task
  • Trainee's are certified on all tasks identified on the task certification list
