RX 300 Series  
PLIP- 87385.000 - Replacement Drum Segments
Replaceable composite drum segments increase component life by reducing the damage to drive components in the event of a major product jam or saw crash.  No modifications are required to the machine as they bolt into existing holes using the supplied hardware.  These segments are available in all standard cut-off lengths for RX300C and RX300SC saws.  

RX 200/300 Series   
PLIP- 0000.000 - High Output Stacker
The High Output Stacker is designed to accept up to 300 clips per minute or output to 150 stacks per minute using a maximum stack height of 6 inches and a maximum ribbon width of 6.30 inches (160 mm).  

RX 200/300 Series   
PLIP- 0000.000 - Cull Feature for Stacker
This upgrade eliminates manual intervention by automatically discharging defective products during production.  The culled cllips can be run straight through the machine during stacking operations or it can be stacked during the bypass operation.  A cull conveyor removes the defective product from the stacker area.  This upgrade also tracks and records the cause of the defective products, a report is viewable on the HMI.  This upgrade requires either a 5-Axis Servo Stacker or the High Output Stacker Modification.  

RX 200/300 Series   
PLIP- 0000.000 - Single, 5 & 10 Unit Unwind Modules
This upgrade provides a module with one (1), five (5) or ten (10) unwind positions.  The unwind stands are non-driven and include an expiring roll lift system, parent roll drag brake(s), guide roll(s) and turning bar(s).  This upgrade includes standard wetting system components and forming plate assemblies for your standard product.  Hygienic wetting system components and alternate folding plate assemblies are available options.  

RX 200/300 Series   
PLIP- 0000.000 - Folding Plate Assembly Options
This upgrade will allow the production of different fold configurations, including C-Fold, V-Fold, W-Fold, Z-Fold, VZ-Fold, WZ-Fold and others.  These folding plates have the cabalitity for Interfolded and Non-Interfolded product, and are configured for quick changeovers.

Off-Line Blade Grinder  
PLIP- 0000.000 - Oscillating Blade Speed (OBS) and Auto Grind
This upgrade provides increased blade life and improved cut quality by combining our patented Oscillating Blade Speed (OBS) system with an automatic grind system.  The automatic grind system provides a switch/push button for Manual Grind, Auto Blade Grind, New Blade Grind In, Setup/Run Mode.  The PCMC patented OBS continually alters the rotational speed of the saw blades. This in turn, minimizes the tendency for saw blade scalloping.
