Scope of Audit:
Thoroughly inspect machine in both static and dynamic states to assess areas for safety concerns, damage and normal wear.  PCMC's machine audits are designed to focus on Mechanical, Electrical, and HPL components or any combination of them.  During the machine audit, the PCMC technician is also available to answer maintenance questions, discuss process improvements and machine upgrade opportunities.

The Audit Report will identify the following:
.  Issue Severity (high, medium, low or quick-hitter)
.  Corrective Action Required (adjust, replace, upgrade)
.  A defined parts list with PCMC part numbers and pricing
   for ease of ordering
.  The benefit in resolving the issue
   (increased production, increased quality, prevention of
   unexpected failure and downtime)
.  A defined list of recommended upgrades to reduce
   downtime and enhance machine performance
.  PCMC's 6/60 program will provide a 6% discount on
   replacement parts identified in the audit report for a
   period of sixty (60) days
